D&E can help lower your training expense with more strategic training and development programs for key employees. We start with a conversation about your employees, your business and what skills will help drive business success.
We provide a pre-assessment that is completed by all end-users to identify the current skill level. This assessment provides a foundation for the customized content to be delivered. And regardless of the delivery method, we always provide you with the information you need to evaluate your success.
Once a particular need has been identified, your D&E Training Consultant will put together a plan based on our model:
Training Approach:
Assess- Determine a base-level for the knowledge or skill. A D&E training consultant will discuss skills that will help key employees to drive business success, followed by a form that is completed by all end-users to identify current skill level. This will identify training gaps that could be hindering success.
Recommend- Based on the assessment, D&E crafts a customized training program to meet your specific business and employee needs.
Deliver- Employees receive training using 1 or more training methods. (E-learning, Virtual Classroom, Classroom)
Support- D&E provides Post-Assessment information that provides you with the information you need to evaluate the effectiveness of the training program and employee comprehension. A training consultant will suggest future recommendations if needed.
