Modem Not Responding

If the power light on the DSL modem is off or red verify power cord connection and power button is in ‘on’ position.

If the power light on the DSL modem is off or red verify power cord connection and power button is in ‘on’ position.  If modem is plugged into power strip or surge protector plug directly into the wall outlet; if necessary try more than one outlet.  If modem will still not power on correctly, D&E Tech Support will have to be contacted.
