Pay-Per-View Not Working
If your Pay-Per-View is not working, first try rebooting your DCT box. If that does not work, please contact customer service so they can verify that there is an appropriate amount of credit available on your account. If the credit limit is acceptable for the item you are trying to purchase, customer service will transfer you to the appropriate department.
