Unable to send receive e-mail

If you are unable to send or receive emails the most common reason is there is an issue with the Internet connection itself, this should be checked first.

If the Internet is available, the e-mail settings need to be verified.  All settings can be found at http://www.dejazzd.com/tech_support/email/.  Also firewalls and the e-mail scanning features of some Anti-virus and Internet Security programs have been know to cause issues with e-mail clients.  These should be checked and temporarily disabled to test properly.  If your e-mails stop coming in while receiving or you receive several copies of the same e-mail your inbox may contain an abnormally large or corrupt e-mail.  This can be checked by logging into our webmail at http://webmail.dejazzd.com/.
