Link Up America
Those who are eligible receive a 50% reduction in the cost of the connection charge of one telephone line at their primary residence, up to $30.00.
You are responsible for charges associated with any other work necessary before obtaining telephone service, such as wiring in your home or installation of jacks or phones. After your telephone is installed, you are responsible for paying your telephone bill every month. Link Up America does not reduce your regular monthly phone bill.
