As a D&E Long Distance customer, you'll receive calling cards free of charge, enabling you to bill phone calls to your account while you're traveling—both in the U.S. and abroad. No more calling collect or using a pay phone.
What's Available in my area

Domestic Calling Card Rate: 16.5 cents per minute on all calls made from anywhere to anywhere within the continental U.S. Domestic Calling Card calls are billed in full-minute increments.
International Calling Card Rates: For rates on calls from the U.S. to other countries, our Direct Dial International rates apply (see below for more details).
Please note: all calling card calls made from Pay Phones are subject to an additional $0.65 per call surcharge.
