E-Z Payment Plan
How It Works...
You will continue to receive your monthly bill. When you see "DO NOT PAY" on your bill, you will know the plan has been activated. Do not send a check to D&E; funds will be deducted from your account. Each billing period, we will notify your financial institution and your bill will be deducted directly from your account on the due date. This deduction will appear on your statement and on your next bill. There is no fee to participate in the plan.
If you have any questions concerning your bill or wish to withdraw from the E-Z Pay Plan, please call 1-877-4DE-TODAY. Billing discrepancies will be handled through a credit adjustment on your next bill.
