Directory Assistance (DA) Rates
- DA requests for phone numbers within the state: $1.50 per call
- DA requests for phone numbers out of state: $1.50 per call
- DA requests for phone numbers in Canada: $1.50 per call
- DA requests for International phone numbers: $3.00 per call
Exemption: For qualified visually, hearing, and physically impaired individuals, free Directory Assistance service will be provided.
All residential calls are billed in full-minute increments.
