To cancel services online:

  1. Log in to the Service Management Console
  2. Click on the My Company tab
  3. Then click on the Manage Subscriptions link.
  4. Next you will see a list of all your subscriptions, to cancel one of them click on the gold coin icon that has a red X on it.
