D&E Business Applications On-Demand are hosted solutions provided to you through one of D&E’s approved vendor partner relationships.

Technical Support:

Online Support:

You may receive 24-hour online technical support via the Business Applications On-Demand Service Management Console at http://applications.decommunications.com/smc. (You will need to enter your administration login and password).

Phone-based Support:

Phone-based support is available Mon-Fri 8am – 6pm EST. Please call 1-877-848-2586 and select “New Help Ticket” from the automated menu. Please be prepared to provide your name, business name and phone number.

Billing Questions:

For customers with D&E billing:

For questions regarding D&E billing and payment please call 1-877-433-8632 and a D&E customer care representative will be happy to help you.

For customers with direct credit card billing:

For questions regarding direct credit card billing and payment please call 1-877-848-2586 Mon-Fri 8am – 6pm EST and an On-Demand support representative will help you.

Manage Your Account Online:

You may manage your account via the Service Management Console at http://applications.decommunications.com/smc. You will need to enter your administration login and password. Please keep them secure.

Adding Services:

You can add services directly from your Business Applications On-Demand administrative account via the Service Management Console or you can call D&E Customer Care at 1-877-433-8632.

Service Provider (Internet connectivity) issues:

D&E Business Applications On-Demand are hosted solutions provided to you through one of D&E’s approved vendor partners. If you are experiencing problems with D&E Internet access please contact D&E Customer Care at 1-877-433-8632. If you receive Internet access through another Internet Service Provider please contact your provider directly.
