To cancel services online:
- Log in to the Service Management Console
- Click on the My Company tab
- Then click on the Manage Subscriptions link.
- Next you will see a list of all your subscriptions, to cancel one of them click on the gold coin icon that has a red X on it.

Bandwidth Requirements:
For interactive meetings, there is no minimum bandwidth requirement.
For web seminars, you need to meet the minimum bandwidth below:
- Host: At least 300kps upload speed.
- Attendee: At least 250kps download speed.
If you use iPhone to join a seminar, you should use a WiFi connection.
