- Services must be purchased with a valid credit card. Charges will not be applied during initial 30 days.
- After evaluation period you may cancel the services and no charges will be applied to your account.
- You must cancel services before the 30th day to avoid charges to your account. For questions regarding these services or to cancel service, please call 1-877-848-2586 between 8:00am - 6:00pm (Eastern), Monday - Friday.
To cancel services online:
- Log in to the Service Management Console
- Click on the My Company tab
- Then click on the Manage Subscriptions link.
- Next you will see a list of all your subscriptions, to cancel one of them click on the gold coin icon that has a red X on it.
