International and Off Shore Rates

Rates also apply to calling card calls from the U.S. to other countries. International and offshore calls have an initial billing period of 30 seconds and are billed in 6-second increments thereafter. Calling card calls made from payphones are subject to an additional $0.65 surcharge.

The Company reserves the right, without notice to customers, to block traffic to certain countries when the Company deems it necessary to take such action to prevent unlawful use of service. Provisions will be made by D&E on an individual case basis to permit legitimate calling to affected countries.
