External Penetraion Test
An External Penetration Test is the process of actively examining a network and key-network assets, from an external perspective, with the intent of discovering network security voids and/or weaknesses.
A sampling of external penetration testing tasks include:
- Research information about your company which is publicly available
- Discovery of Internet facing services
- An attempt to exploit discovered services
- A review of firewall rule set and overall firewall configuration
After the Assessment
Documentation of the findings will be provided to you, prioritized by risks that would have the most negative impact on your organization.
