Ephrata, PA -- The Board of Directors of D&E Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ:DECC) announced a quarterly dividend of $.125 (12.5 cents) per share of common stock payable on September 15, 2006, to shareholders of record on September 1, 2006, maintaining the Company's current dividend.
