2-12-09 - D&E Communications' Sally Landis Recognized by the Lancaster County United Way
Ephrata, PA - At the United Way of Lancaster County's Thank You event on January 29th, Sally Landis and the Lancaster United Way Committee were recognized for the results of this year's campaign.
The entire group was recognized for not only creating their own Live United video (special thanks to Stephanie Summers), but also for increasing the Lancaster area contributions by 11% to $35,866 and for a 47% increase in participation to 129 donors.
These are outstanding increases from the 2007 campaign and a direct result of the time and effort put forth by the Lancaster Committee, which includes:
Sally Landis, Stephanie Summers, Cathy Gonzalez, Richard Brenner, Gail Haley, Robert Gehman, Bill Young, Sue Shenk, Erica Hoffman, Donna Peiffer and Jeanne Shearer.
Additionally, based on the company's results, D&E was recognized as a Gold Level Campaign again this year.
