EPHRATA, PA - D&E Communications' Elizabeth Palmer Bennett, internal audit manager, recently received her Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Bennett has extensive knowledgeable in four critical areas regarding fraud: fraudulent financial transactions, criminology & ethics, legal elements of fraud and fraud investigation.
