James W. Morozzi	James W. Morozzi, has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of D&E Communications, Inc. since April 2005 and was hired as Chief Executive Officer in March 2005. He had served as President of Exelon Communications, a division of Exelon Enterprises, LLC, from 2001 to 2004. From 1986 to 2001, he worked in various management roles at PECO Energy Company, including Business Leader/Vice President of PECO Wireless, LLC and Corporate Strategist for Corporate Planning and Development. He formerly served as chairman of the management committee of PECO Telcove Communications and as a Board member of AT&T Wireless PCS of Philadelphia, LLC. Mr. Morozzi is a member of the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Telephone Association and the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors. Mr. Morozzi has been a director of the Company since 2005.

Thomas Morell	Thomas E. Morell is Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary and Treasurer. He was a Vice President from 1996 to May 2002. Mr. Morell was Assistant Controller of the Company from 1984 to 1990, Controller from 1990 to 1995 and Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since August 1995. From 1982 to 1984, he was employed by Coopers & Lybrand LLP as an auditor. Mr. Morell is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals.

Thomas Morell

Thomas E. Morell is Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary and Treasurer. He was a Vice President from 1996 to May 2002. Mr. Morell was Assistant Controller of the Company from 1984 to 1990, Controller from 1990 to 1995 and Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since August 1995. From 1982 to 1984, he was employed by Coopers & Lybrand LLP as an auditor. Mr. Morell is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals.

Albert H. Kramer	Albert H. Kramer was appointed Senior Vice President, Operations, May 2002 when Conestoga Enterprises, Inc. (CEI) merged with D&E Communications, Inc. Prior to the merger, Mr. Kramer was President of CEI. Mr. Kramer was employed by CEI since September 1995, serving as Vice President, Finance and Administration and then as Executive Vice President. Prior to that time Mr. Kramer was employed by Denver and Ephrata Telephone Company from 1984 to 1995, serving as Controller, and then Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Mr. Kramer was employed by Coopers and Lybrand as a Senior Accountant from 1980 to 1984. Mr. Kramer is also a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Kramer is a board member of the United States Telecom Association (USTelecom), currently serving as Treasurer. Mr. Kramer is also a member of the board of National Penn Bank. Mr. Kramer is a member of the Berks County Workforce Investment Board, Berks Economic Partnership, Penn State Harrisburg Board of Advisers and Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce Board.
